Return Policy

48-HOUR EXCHANGE POLICY 

While all sales are considered final, we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered. 

This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered. 

 If an agreement is reached for the order to be returned for exchange/store credit, the item must be shipped within 48 hours of our agreement communication. 

 Returns based on wrong fit or color variance will not be considered. 

 

BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure, get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of EB Collection Official (PayPal/credit card fees).

 

USING YOUR STORE CREDIT

Once we receive your return order we will generate a code for you within 1-3 business days to use at checkout on your next order. Store credit codes expire within 3 months of issue.
